Keuka College Offers Recipe(s) for Holiday Fun

Looking for a delicious diversion after a challenging and unpredictable year? Keuka College’s Allardice Alumni Center staff recently shared a brief menu of sensational, seasonal recipes.

The cook-along sessions, held online earlier this month so alumni could join in, have been recorded and are available for viewing anytime. Just crank up the stove, pop open your laptop, and cook along as:

  • Billy Jo '10 makes her Herbed Baked Eggs, a quick, easy, and mouth-watering option for brunch.
  • Laurie '83 cooks up her Chicken Frontega Panini, a yummy Panera Bread knock-off (shhh!).
  • Kaitlyn whips up her Christmas Toffee Bars, a sweet and easy treat that’s perfect for the holidays.
  • Harley '17 mixes together a pitcher of Christmosas, a holiday twist on the classic mimosa.

All of the recipes (plus a few bonuses) are available online! There’s even a bonus vegan recipe from the College’s dear friend, Dr. Lisa Hunter, who guides you through her spinach artichoke dip.

From campus to kitchen, from our homes to yours, we hope you enjoy these recipes throughout the holidays and throughout the year.
