International Admissions Requirements
- Submit an Application for Undergraduate Admission and Scholarship Opportunities.
- Transcript Evaluation (High School & College, if applicable): Transcript evaluations are only accepted from NACES-accredited agencies, and are required for undergraduate and graduate applicants with education obtained or completed outside of the United States. The evaluation must indicate an "overall grade point average" or GPA. This is necessary to determine your academic, merit-based scholarship if you are admitted to college.
*NOTE: Keuka College does not provide a fee waiver for the transcript evaluation - English Proficiency Test Scores: TOEFL iBT or IELTS scores are required (minimum 35 TOEFL or 5.0 IELTS) for all international applicants whose educational instruction was not in English. Test scores must be sent directly to Keuka College from the issuing agency to be considered official. Keuka College will NOT accept copies of these documents from you, the applicant.
This requirement will only be waived if (1) English is a nationally recognized language of your country OR (2) you can provide a written/signed letter from a school official stating your schooling was completed in English (medium instruction).
*NOTE: Keuka College does not offer ESL courses, hence the English Proficiency Admissions Requirement. Keuka College does not offer a fee waiver of coupon code for these test agencies
Once you have applied and submitted the documents above, we will review everything and give an admissions decision. If you are admitted, you will then be asked to provide the following:
- A Financial Declaration: All applicants who are citizens of another country must submit evidence of full financial support for all expenses at Keuka College as a condition of being issued an F-1 student visa. The financial declaration should consist of a bank statement including transactions. This should be written in English on blank letterhead and verify the account holder, account number, current balance, and balance for the three preceding months or average monthly balance for the past six months. More information is available on the Financial Arrangements for International Students page.
- A Sponsor Statement: If you are not the holder of the account, we require a physically signed sponsor statement from the account holder stating you have use of the funding for your schooling.
- Copy of Your Passport: Plus submit a copy of the identification page of your passport. It must be within six months of its expiration date.
- $200USD Enrollment Deposit: This should be submitted via Flywire or bank transfer. Details will be outlined in your acceptance letter.
If the Financial Declaration and Sponsor Statement are sufficient, you can submit the enrollment contract and deposit of $200USD. Once we receive your enrollment deposit, your admissions counselor will issue the I-20. The I-20 is necessary to schedule an F01 visa appointment with the respectful consulate office.
*Please note that acceptance to Keuka College does not guarantee visa approval.
