Biography
Alicia Herbst is currently teaching Art History 1 and 2 online at Keuka College. She has been an instructor on the college level for more than 20 years and has taught studio courses (2D Design and 3D Design) as well as several art history courses (Art Appreciation, Art History Survey 1 and 2, and East Asian Art).
Alicia studied art at the University of Texas at Dallas, the University of North Texas, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University. Although her art degrees are in sculpture, Alicia's current focus is two-dimensional surfaces, collage, and images based on text. She exhibits her work regionally and nationally.
Alicia lives in New York state with her partner, a fellow artist and educator, and her daughter, (Pronouns: she/her).
