Conference, Meeting & Event Facilities at Keuka College

Meeting & Event Space

Large group? Small group? Outdoor event? Keuka College's indoor and outdoor facilities can provide a state-of-the-art, picturesque setting for your next business or personal gathering. In addition to providing facilities, our TeamWorks! program is available to bring fun and unique leadership, team building, and bonding exercises to your event.

Class & Meeting Rooms

Hegeman Hall, Strong Hall, and the Jephson Science Center offer your group a wide range of classrooms and lecture halls suited for presentations, meetings, seminars, break-out sessions, lectures, and more. Classroom and lecture hall capabilities include wired and wireless Internet connections, teleconferencing capabilities, crystal-clear projectors, DVD/VHS projection, iClickers, and Sympodiums.

Computer Laboratories

The Lightner Library offers three computer labs, jointly capable of accommodating 85 guests. All of these labs are used for teaching in the College environment, making them ideal for hands-on, computer-based training or research. In addition, the instructor's computer has software that allows the presenter to see a real-time view of student computers, send the display from any of the lab's computers to the main projector, and remotely control any computer in the lab. Our computers are running Windows 7 and include Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and broad array of other educational and productivity software.

Conference Rooms

One of the results of the renovation of Ball Hall was a first floor conference room. Designed for smaller gatherings, this room is decorated with paintings by highly acclaimed artist Yankel Ginzburg. The Hegeman Hall conference room is ideal for small meetings while the Dahlstrom 26 location features a striking view of campus, including Ball Hall and Norton Chapel. The Center for Experiential Learning conference room is easily accessible on the first floor of Hegeman. All of these rooms are equipped for multi-media presentations, beverage and food service.

Board Room

You will get a feel for Keuka College history in the Gannett Room, located on the top floor of Lightner Library. Photos of Keuka College presidents adorn the walls in this facility, one of the most versatile on campus. It is ideal for large meetings, including those that require multi-media displays, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Large Conference Space

If you're planning a large conference, breakfast seminar, dinner banquet, wedding reception, or special guest lecture, either the Norton Chapel, Lightner Library, or Geiser Refectory can accommodate your needs. All of these areas offer the same technological capabilities of our classrooms and lecture halls, but can each accommodate around 600 guests.

Lawn Space

The College's 212 acres of property is ideal for athletic events and tented outdoor parties. Whether you're scheduling a triathlon or a small family reunion, you'll find our rolling hills, majestic lake-side shoreline, and deep green forests are among the most picturesque and relaxing in the entire Finger Lakes region.
